Hypercharge Home Club Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Returns

Customers may return their Hypercharge Home charger within 30 days of delivery, provided the charger is:

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • In its original condition

Approved returns are subject to a $75 CAD restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Hypercharge may refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if the charger has been used, damaged, altered, is missing components or packaging, or is otherwise not returned in its original condition.

Cancelling Within 30 Days

Customers who cancel Hypercharge Home Club within 30 days of delivery may request a return under the conditions above.

For approved cancellations, the refundable Deposit will be returned less:

  • The $75 CAD restocking fee

  • Original shipping charges

  • Return shipping costs

  • Any other permitted deductions

Cancelling After 30 Days

Customers may cancel Hypercharge Home Club after the initial 30-day return period and before their Deposit has been fully refunded.

To receive the remaining Deposit balance, the charger must be returned to Hypercharge in accordance with the provided return instructions.

A $75 CAD restocking fee applies, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Additional deductions may apply if the charger is damaged, altered, incomplete, or returned in poor condition.

Once the return has been received and approved, the customer will receive:

  • The remaining Deposit balance after applicable deductions

  • Any verified, earned, and unpaid Rewards

Cancellation After the Deposit Has Been Refunded

Once the Deposit has been refunded in full, customers may cancel their participation in Hypercharge Home Club without returning the charger.

Following cancellation, the customer will stop earning Rewards and the charger will no longer participate in the Hypercharge Home Club program.

Deposit Refund Through Charging

Customers who remain enrolled in Hypercharge Home Club may receive a full refund of their Deposit once their enrolled charger records 1,500 kWh of Eligible Charging Usage, provided all Program requirements have been satisfied.

Once eligibility has been verified, Hypercharge will process the Deposit refund within 30 business days using the original payment method or another method determined by Hypercharge.

Statutory Rights

This policy is subject to applicable consumer protection laws and any cancellation, return, refund, warranty, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
